• Data in the form of full name, contact details (email address, landline telephone number and mobile number), employer’s details and dietary requirements (for training courses only) is stored and used for the purposes of administering training courses (where registered for a course), providing support post course completion (where registered for a course) and to provide you with information about products and services that we offer. 
  
• Data is not shared with any other organisation apart from in order to comply with any legal obligations.
  
• Should you wish to obtain a copy of the information we hold for you, please contact us using the “Contact Us” page on our website.
  
• Should you wish to change your marketing preferences with regards to products and services that we offer (initially set at time of registration of a training course), please contact us using the “Contact Us” page on our website.
  
• Should you wish for you data held about you to be deleted please contact us using the “Contact Us” page on our website, please note this cannot be carried out until after any courses you are registered on are are completed or your registration is cancelled (note that cancellation may mean that cancellation fees are due in accordance with the Cancellation terms which form part of the Training Course Terms and Conditions which you would have agreed to as part of the course registration process).
